If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Mister OK's Essentials products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@misteroksessentials.com within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll help get the process started.
If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.
NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by Mister OK's Essentials are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
